You can find the pickup options in the purchase information menu.

The order processing time is usually 1-2 business days, but you can receive your order within 24 hours after it is shipped. In case of individual needs, this may be longer.

Facebook: Open the Facebook app on your phone or computer. Click on your profile picture. At the top of the page, below your name, you'll find your username (e.g. facebook.com/something).

Instagram: Open the Instagram app. Tap your profile picture in the bottom right corner. Your username (e.g. @something) is at the top, center of the page.

TikTok: Open the TikTok app. Click the "Profile" icon in the bottom right corner. You'll find your username (e.g. @something) at the top, center of the page.

Snapchat: Open the Snapchat app. In the top left corner, click on your little Bitmoji/Profile icon. You'll find your username below your name.

When you purchase our products, we provide write protection, so they can be returned to you if they are lost. We also protect your Becktag products against unprofessional programming.

You can find the size of all our products by clicking on the "Size Chart" text on the product profile. Our T-shirts are made in an oversized style.

Each product is individually programmed, so we can only accept returns if the t-shirt does not work or arrives with incorrect programming. However, be sure to write to us and we will try to find a solution to your problem!
