Dear customer, thank you for choosing us.

Every Becktag product receives a unique identifier and protection to ensure it cannot be used by others if lost.

We naturally replace faulty products. The return shipping cost for our returnable products is borne by the customer.

⚠️ Important: There are products for which, according to legal regulations, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised — these are products made to individual specifications (Becktag smart shirts, bracelets, and cards with write protection and unique identifiers).
✦ Consumer obligations — 14-day right of withdrawal
  • You must notify us of your intention to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product — in writing (email, letter) or verbally (phone, in person). The government decree on the right of withdrawal also provides a sample declaration.
  • The product must be returned to the webshop within 14 days of declaring the withdrawal — it does not need to arrive, but it must be dispatched.
  • The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer, unless the webshop has not informed them of this in advance or has taken on the cost itself.
  • The product must be sent to the location designated by the webshop — a personal collection point or postal address.
