NFC function : Becktag products require NFC technology, which is available in most modern smartphones, to function. On some devices, this may need to be manually enabled.
Touch zones : Since the location of the NFC sensor can vary by manufacturer, it's a good idea to try multiple touch points to ensure a secure connection - this is completely normal, especially with Android devices.
Using a phone case : Some protective cases can affect the strength of the NFC connection. If the connection doesn't work the first time, it's worth trying again, perhaps without a case.
Compatibility : Becktag products have been extensively tested with all NFC-enabled iOS devices, as well as the most popular Android devices, and the technology works reliably. While devices can vary, our experience has shown that most devices handle the connection well.
User experience : We offer smart features optimized for iPhones, so you can enjoy a slightly more refined user experience. Of course, all basic features are also available and can be used without any problems on Android.
Becktag Madrid app : The NFC functions of the garments can be programmed with both iPhone and Android devices via the Becktag Madrid app, which is available free of charge in the App Store and Google Play.

Washing instructions
Washing: Hand or machine wash at maximum 40°C, gentle cycle.
Bleaching: Do not use bleach.
Drying: Can be dried by hanging - it is recommended to avoid using a dryer!
Ironing: Can be ironed at a low temperature (maximum 110°C). Do not iron printed designs or logos or the chip directly.
Dry cleaning: Dry cleaning is not recommended.
Other: To prolong the life of the material, wash inside out and avoid excessive rubbing.
