NFC function: Becktag products require NFC technology, which is available in most modern smartphones. It may be necessary to manually activate it on some devices.

Touch zones: Since the location of the NFC sensor can vary by manufacturer, it is advisable to try multiple touch points for a secure connection – this is a completely normal phenomenon, especially with Android devices.

Using a phone case: Some protective cases may affect the strength of the NFC connection. If the connection is not established initially, it is worth trying again, possibly without the case.

Compatibility: Becktag products have been extensively tested with all NFC-compatible iOS devices and the most popular Android devices – the technology works stably with these. Although devices can be diverse, based on our experience, most devices handle the connection well.

User experience: We offer the smart functions in an optimized form on iPhone devices, thus providing a somewhat more refined user experience. Naturally, all basic functions are also available and can be used without problems on Android.
