• Compatibility: Becktag products have been extensively tested with all NFC-compatible iOS devices and the most popular Android devices – the technology works stably with these. Although devices can vary widely, our experience shows that most devices handle the connection well.

• User experience: We offer optimized smart functions on iPhone devices, providing a somewhat more refined user experience. Of course, all basic functions are also available and usable without problems on Android.

• Becktag Madrid application: The NFC functions of clothing items can be programmed with both iPhone and Android devices via the Becktag Madrid application, which is available for free on the App Store and Google Play Store.

• Data management: Data provided during the use of the functions will be used only to the extent necessary for the operation of the services – by using the application, you agree to this.

• Functionality protection: To protect the product features, the programming capability that forms the Becktag concept is not available for this product. For the purpose of preserving functionality, it is equipped with write protection.
